2002 Juslyn Perry's Blend: 88-90 points
This deep ruby/purple-colored effort exhibits an attractive smoky spice box and black currant-scented nose, good purity, fine ripeness, and more volume, intensity, fruit, and sweeter tannin than its older sibling.

2002 Juslyn Perry's Blend: 91 points
This Cabernet-based blend has some pedigreed vineyard fruit in it, including Tokalon and Beckstoffer Georges III. It's extremely soft and complex, but not showing all that well at this moment. Seems a bit closed down, muted. But it's a very fine wine that probably needs time to open. Drink 2008-2010. - S.H. (12/15/2006)
